A cottage for rent, newly equipped, type Studio for two people, with a large covered and fenced veranda and a spacious yard.

(It is also possible to rent the facility daily, since the veranda contains 10 seats - for mini celebrations, family lunch, workshop/education).

The studio features a living room with a corner sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

Smart TV cable + Netflix, Internet - available at the property.

The cottage is located on a sunny plot 10 km from the center of Banja Luka (village of Kola), with easily accessible walking trails. On request, 2 bicycles are also available for rent (10 KM per day/1 bicycle).

At 4 km from the cottage, there is a Tourist Center - Lake on Manjaca, where you can spend a day swimming in the summer.
